The Tutoring Club of St Johns located off State Route 13 in Julington Creek and off CR210 in the Publix Plaza and we are hiring Math and Science Tutors for each location!
For over 13 years, we have passionately served St. Johns County students of all ages (K-12) to increase their confidence and academic competence!
Position
We have been told that we are the best tutoring company to work for, and we have to agree! We are changing the world, one child, at a time (you will see it in our students every day). We are looking for tutors who is able to teach at least ALG2 (prefer up to Calculus) and Chemistry or Physics. Keep reading to see if you are the perfect fit.

- Our tutoring schedule is Monday through Thursday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
- You won’t need to do any lesson planning or curriculum development on your own time. Our admin team does all that for you! You just get to come in and have fun with our students.
- We are super flexible regarding your schedule. You need time off, just ask!
- We love experienced tutors and will pay more for your experience!
- Our students need extra help and the more that you can help them, the more you will shine!!
- You’re getting to help students build skills while building confidence.
Qualifications
Let’s talk about job qualifications:
- You will need to CONFIDENTLY tutor reading, writing, and math to 3 students at the table each hour in addition to math and science. Don’t worry, we provide fantastic training!
- You will need to be able to multitask.
- Our kids look up to our tutors as mentors and coaches, so you will need to be firm and loving with the students; setting effective boundaries and helping them stretch academically!
- Use a laptop with ease (with 5-10 tabs open)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensación: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
